Year End Cut Off Dates for New Project Services

This article will help you prioritize your project submissions appropriately during Q4.

OVERVIEW

If you're considering submitting a project to our Project Services team in Q4, it's important to keep in mind that Q4 is peak period for Namely. We will continue to manage your project requests, but your project may take longer to complete than normal, and we may not be able to complete it by the date you require, unless you submit your project by the cut-off dates noted in this article.

This article provides project delivery timelines for projects submitted prior to designated cut-off dates. Any projects submitted after the cut-off date will still be completed, but will be evaluated upon receipt for the soonest available delivery date and may be subject to expedited fees.

Existing Carrier Feed Update - Open Enrollment	Updating an existing feed due to open enrollment, Please keep in mind dates that the carrier requires an Open Enrollment file by. This may be contingent on carrier requirements and file submission dates.	30 days
